7/10, Saturday, 7 PM, VegMichigan Dinner at Szechuan Empire South, 29215 5 Mile Road at Middlebelt Road in Livonia. We will enjoy a vegan Chinese feast. We will start with a vegetarian spring roll, followed by 4 entrees: Famous General Tso Vegetarian "Chicken", Vegetarian Triple Fragrance (vegetarian "chicken" stir fried with red pepper, broccoli and baby corn in a special sauce), Sauteed String Beans, and Vegetarian's Delight (mixed vegetables).
