• • A business or nonprofit 501(c)(3) whose products, services, or information may help the public to understand or practice a plant-based diet or lifestyle for health, animal welfare or environmental protection. Examples: grocers; produce companies; farms; caterers/personal chefs; vegan health professionals; urban/community farmers markets, gardens or co-ops; gardeners/landscapers using non-animal products; animal rights/animal welfare organizations; personal care, personal accessories, clothing or household products free from animal ingredients/animal testing; art or crafts with food, animal or environmental themes and free of animal-derived materials (artists see also below).


• • Or, a business or nonprofit whose activities are animal "neutral", i.e., do not actively promote a plant-based diet, but do not involve animal products, animal experimentation or animals as entertainment, and may be of interest to attendees. Examples: environmentally-friendly or energy efficient products, cleaning or transportation services; banks/financial services; schools; gyms; yoga studios; travel products/services; environmental protection groups; non-profit groups with humanitarian purposes.


• • The staffing capability to check in for booth set-up by 9:00 am, and operate the booth through the full 6 hour event open to the public from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.


• • See Exhibitor Application (provided by Exhibitors Coordinator) for additional criteria, limitations, exclusions or requirements. Exhibitors will be chosen based on factors such as consistency with the mission of VegFest, degree of potential interest to our attendees, and contribution to maintaining a broad variety of exhibits at the event.


• • Artists/Crafters Special Invitation: Join our first "Artist's Aisle" at VegFest. Help us add items of beauty or whimsy to our event to inspire appreciation for animals, nature and healthy living. We seek artists and crafts persons with items of the following themes: fruits, vegetables or herbs; the kitchen or dining experience; home gardening or crop farming; the natural world; concepts of peace or harmony; wild and domestic animals in their natural state. (Exclusions: items made from leather, wool, silk, bone, horn, fur, feather, etc.; items with animal farming, rodeo or circus images unless designed to raise awareness of animal cruelty.)

• • Promotion of your product, service or organization to an anticipated crowd of 5,000 (based on last year's attendance of 4,000 plus) from southeast Michigan and beyond.
• • Ability to sample, sell, collect donations, or solicit memberships at your booth.
• • Complementary table with cloth and 2 chairs at your booth.
• • Electricity or internet service available through facility vendor, fees apply.
• • 4 exhibitor badges for free early entry through the exhibitors door.
• • Listing in the printed program on the day of the event.
• • Advance listing on the VegFest website with a link to your company's website.
