Exhibitor Guidelines

2011 Exhibitor Fees
(Restaurants, caterers, bakeries, and packaged food or beverage companies, see Restaurant Guidelines Page.)

Businesses:	$175 by December 1, 2010
	$200 after December 1, 2010
Nonprofit 501(c)3:	$125

Combined event sponsorship and exhibitor packages are available, starting at $500. for more information.


VegFest Exhibitor Criteria (partial list):

• • A business or nonprofit 501(c)(3) whose products, services, or information may, in part or in full, help the public to practice a plant-based diet or lifestyle.
• • Or, a business or nonprofit whose activities are neutral, i.e., do not involve animal products, animal experimentation or animals as entertainment, but may be of interest to attendees.
• • Have the capability of arriving by 9:00 a.m. for set up, greeting the public at 11:00 a.m. and staying until conclusion of event at 5:00 p.m.
• • See Exhibitor Application (provided by Exhibitors Coordinator) for additional criteria, limitations, exclusions or requirements. Exhibitors will be chosen based on factors such as consistency with the mission of VegFest, degree of potential interest to our attendees, and variety.

VegFest Exhibitor Benefits:

• • Promotion of your product, service or organization to an anticipated crowd of 3,000 to 4,000 (based on last year’s attendance of 2,600).
• • Listing in the printed program on the day of the event.
• • Advance listing on the VegFest website with a link to exhibitor’s website.
• • Exhibit booth with table, draping, and two chairs.
• • Potential access to electricity and/or wireless internet for an additional fee, via separate arrangement with Rock Financial utilities vendor.
